    After the Government Boris has given the green light for me to be able to open Serenity Wellness and Beauty once again. So many people have said to me during this lockdown how bad their back and their muscles are feeling after all this time of neglect. Massage is not only good for releasing tension but it has so many other benefits too and I do a wide range of massages that can help. 30 or 60 minutes bespoke massage treatment designed specifically for your condition or requirements. It will help towards your own recovery from lockdown, assisting with blood flow and muscle recovery. You may feel that you haven’t done anything to cause tight sore muscles but just the stress and tension brought about by lockdown will effect muscle condition and posture.
